Breast Cancer Awareness Month
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month or National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention and cure. NBCAM is also celebrating 25 years of awareness, education and empowerment this October, 2009.
