I've just learned that Walgreens and Express Script are not connected anymore. Negotiations were made but were unsuccessful. I bet some of you under Express Script network were quite affected with this sudden turn of events because as of January 1, 2012, Walgreens was no longer part of Express Scripts' pharmacy provider.

Customers of Walgreens were very affected of this dispute the mere fact that the majority of them came from the military troops' families where their pharmacy plan is Tricare, one of the clients of Express Script. They also expressed their frustrations as most of them would have to drive far just to get their medicines. They find it so unfair.
